George E. Reiter brings over thirty (30) years of property supervision and management experience to Community
Association Management Systems, Inc. Prior to founding the Community Association Management Systems, Mr. Reiter was the owner and managing director of a community association management firm with over 50,000 residential units with seven (7) field offices throughout the State of Florida. During this time, Mr. Reiter recognized the need for personalized attention in the community association management industry; which resulted in the creation of C.A.M.S.

Mr. Reiter has a strong background in accounting with both a bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. He has also earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest designation in the community association management industry. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Reiter has ties to education that include being on the faculty of both the Center for Lifetime Learning, and Adult Education departments of Palm Beach Community College, where he taught Community Association Manager's licensing.

His other achievements include the Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) designation, serving as an officer of the Florida Legislative Action Committee, a founding member of the Gold Coast Chapter of the Community Association Institute, as well as many other outstanding achievements.

Earl Olitzky is the Vice President of Community Association Management Systems oversees a portfolio of accounts as well as provides supervision, support, and guidance to our property managers.
Mr. Olitzky has an established track record with over 25 years of experience representing developers, lenders, condominium and homeowners' associations. His experience encompasses full responsibility for administrative and accounting functions, extensive recreation programs and building, maintenance and landscape programs. Mr. Olitzky is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) , a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and graduate from the University of South Florida, College of Business Administration.

Focused - By limiting our geographic area to South East Florida, we are able to keep a close eye on your property. A member of the senior staff visits every property on a regular basis.

Experienced - With over 50 years of combined experience, the operating principals have been managing community associations in Florida since 1968.

Educated - All of our Managers are Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAM) and are required to attend continuing education to hold their license.

Hands On Approach - Our corporate staff members periodically attend the Board of Directors' meetings. This support is helpful to our managers, and to the Board. To further keep you informed in the day-to-day operations, our managers provide weekly highlight reports.

Accessible - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our Association Managers stay connected by using the latest computerized and automated systems. Every manager is equipped with a cell phone and email access.

Automation - We use state of the art computerized systems in our business. From accounting reports to violation follow-up lists, our reporting is professional, and easy to read and understand.

BB&T (Formerly Colonial Bank) optional online payment service allows associations to accept homeowner payments online by using MasterCard, Discover and MasterCard Debit.

Your association must be enrolled in the service to make online payments. If your association is not enrolled, you will receive a pop-up message when you enter your payment information. Please refer to the Help link for answers to frequently asked questions.
