Within our facilities, we have a complete machine shop allowing us the convenience and timely opportunity to produce parts as required - whether it requires turning, lapping, surface grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, or welding. We have the equipment to machine new chrome cylinder rods, barrels, pistons, and head glands when needed. We also modify or custom design cylinders for special applications.
Retrofitting components in existing systems, designing a circuit from conception, or modifying a current system to better meet your needs.

Torque capabilities well beyond 40,000 foot pounds of continual rotation. Not the momentary "jerk of a cylinder" method that a few of the other locals actually have.
We can and will fabricate the necessary jigs to accommodate unusual design criteria. We do not charge for the additional efforts if it is a re-occurring application.
Dynamically load test motors, giving you real effects of application performance.
Static test double acting cylinders up to 5000 psi and can accommodate beyond 10,000 in unique applications.
Pump testing equipment that allows us to test multiple stage units as well as hydrostat systems, both on bench or in your equipment. This provides us the ability to eliminate needless or redundant repairs.
