Canal Management is based in Miami, Florida, with a subsidiary office in Central Florida and Pt. Saint Lucie. Our commercial portfolio consists of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space allowing over 1000 tenants build their business dreams one space at a time. Some of our properties include warehouse space, retail space, industrial and light industrial space, warehouse/office flex-space with dock height loading/unloading ramps, professional office space as well as outside yard parking storage, mini storage ranging from 50 to 12,000 square feet.
