We were amazed at SPMs resourcefulness when they were appointed as Receiver for a condo marina project. They inventoried assets prior to their appointment that saved us over one million dollars; they negotiated with various utility companies to work out extensions on our bills; they saved us a substantial sum of money by switching insurance carriers and they did this all while maintaining the current staff!
