Dr Harrell is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. During his career he has performed thousands of cosmetic surgery procedures on patients from all walks of life students, homemakers, professionals, performers and celebrities as well as business and civic leaders.
