TPI is a turn-key site work, utility, paving, and concrete contractor specializing in industrial, commercial, and residential site work.

In addition to two (2) State Certified Class "A" General Contractor's Licenses we also hold two (2) State Certified Underground Utilities Licenses and (2) Class V State Fire Line Licenses.

Our Scope of Services include, but are not limited to, underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, fire line, infiltration/ex-filtration systems), construction layout/ as-builts, site clearing/demolition, base, asphalt paving, concrete curbing/paving/sidewalks/ foundations/slabs, site excavation, hauling of aggregate materials, and facility maintenance (asphalt patching, asphalt resurfacing, asphalt sealing, existing water/sewer/storm pipe maintenance, and maintenance pertaining to SWFWMD regulations).

Generally, our work is concentrated within a 80 mile radius of our office; however, we will travel as required to meet the needs of our valued clients.

Winter Haven High School Master Plan
In January of 2010, we broke ground on the new Administration Building on the WHHS Campus. As Part of Phase One, the new Administration Building will provide much needed space for the Administration of the High School. Phase One also includes the new Weight and Locker Room Facility and new Softball Field Complex.

Volusia County Health Department
Construction began in March, 2010 for this quality project in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This project consists of creating a building addition to the existing building and provide an upgrade to the existing utilities and new parking lot.
