About Our Pressure Cleaning Services:
The Naples climate is very conductive to the growth of mold and mildew, requiring houses to be cleaned on a regular basis. The north and west sides of your home will exhibit the most problems.
We clean an individual area of the home that you specify, such as the roof, building exterior, or just the pool and cage areas. Alternatively, we can clean the whole property: roof, building exterior, pool and cage, windows, driveway, and sidewalks.
The first step is to apply water mixed with a small amount of chlorine to kill the mold and mildew, followed by rinsing with water. You will probably see us using a scrubber on the roof and driveway; this machine looks similar to a floor polisher, but it has no brushes. The scrubber sprays water through nozzles that rotate very quickly as it hovers above the surface and the skirt confines the dispersion of the cleaning water. It will take most of the day to clean a home, and we may send a team of two technicians to shorten this time.
Please be aware that the chlorine solution, although very mild, will stain clothing and items that were not manufactured for outdoor use. All such items should be removed prior to cleaning. Regular outdoor furniture can be safely cleaned with this solution if you so desire.
The process does not harm most plants, but as a precaution we water them down before and after the cleaning. Please let us know if there are any delicate plants you would like us to cover.
