This enables our clients to avoid having to coordinate with multiple firms from the initial Development Order to Certificate of Occupancy for all their construction related needs.

Our Structural Department handles projects that include everything from a single family home addition to a multi-story office building. We specialize in custom jobs and work closely with clients and contractors to help avoid costly changes after construction has begun. Our experience and coordination with local building departments help avoid lengthy delays during the permitting process.
We also provide structural inspections required by lenders, insurance companies, code violations, and restoration of buildings that have been damaged by hurricanes or differential settlement of the structure.

Our Electrical Engineering Department is the backbone of our business. Typical electrical projects range from residences to commercial and institutional buildings ranging from 1,000 to 27,000 square feet. Other projects include office complexes, condominiums, country clubs, government buildings, industrial sites, religious facilities and stadiums.
Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Engineers
AESS provides Mechanical Engineering which includes Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) for your project no matter how large or small. We supply the complete design of systems starting with the energy and load calculations that the State of Florida requires to help reduce inefficiency to the appropriate system sizing to reduce the cost to the owner.
We also provide complete engineering design for Plumbing systems.
