During these trying economical times for Associations, Sunburst is offering Association specific services, which is a low cost solution to hiring full-time management. This will include specific service requests so you only pay for what you need. For instance, if you need an annual packet, a "Notice of Intent to Fine", 30 or 45 day pre-lien letters, notices of meetings or mailings, assistance with bids, etc. Simply go to the requests section on this site, send your question or request and we will contact you.

We provide full service management of community associations. But we also believe in customizing our management services to the specific needs and desires of each community association. Or we can provide 'financial services only', if that's all you require.
