Pataco Trucking Inc.
Is a complete site development, excavating and demolition contractor, fill dirt and stone supplier, servicing Southwest Florida. We are a fully licensed and insured excavating contractor and have been doing business in Florida since 1983. Our residential services offer a complete site package including land clearing, building pad construction, stemwall backfill, stucco grade, pool backfill, driveway cuts and final grading for landscaping and drainage.
To complete our residential services we also offer construction clean up as needed. In the commercial market we offer the same services and through long standing relationships with our subcontractors we offer underground utilities, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, car stops and striping. Other services in our scope of work include complete and partial demolition, lake excavation, fill dirt and all forms of drainage installation (large and small). Of the latter we specialize in residential yard drains. Our management is completely hands on. What I mean by this is that I as president oversee and handle all administrative duties while my vice-president Steve Chase handles all field operations including scheduling. Our operators while being hired experienced are still trained "in house" to meet the highest standards and expectations. All operators are issued lazer levels to insure proper pad, subgrade and drainage elevations.
All estimates are free of charge. Company policy requires that all prospective job sites are visited prior to any estimate being issued. We are also happy to meet you at your site, free of charge, to offer suggestions and ways to solve any problems you may have relative to our scope of work.
