Kobernick-Anchin is a Jewish retirement community on a beautiful campus, convenient to the many cultural and recreational attractions in the greater Sarasota Bradenton, FL area. Developed by the Sarasota-Manatee Jewish Housing Council, Kobernick-Anchin offers the very best to seniors in both independent living and assisted living in a Jewish community.

We also offer Jewish services and sanctuary services for our residents in a kosher environment.
Our community has two residences: Kobernick House, with 191 private rental apartments for retirees who enjoy active independent living, and Anchin Pavilion which has 100 rental apartments for those requiring a full range of assisted living services. Within Kobernick -Anchin's assisted living residence is the Fanny Green Memory Support Wing, which is dedicated to the special needs of those diagnosed with Alzheimer's and related dementia. Newly constructed one bedroom apartments are now available.
