David Scott Glicken began practicing law with the Office of the State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit, in December, 1981. I entered private practice in 1984, after attaining the position of Legal Advisor of the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, a Multi-Agency Law Enforcement Strike Force responsible for investigating organized crime and narcotics trafficking.

I founded The Glicken Firm in 1986 and have represented in excess of one thousand individuals since its' inception. I have represented individuals in the County, Circuit, and Appellate Courts of the State of Florida, including multiple appearances before the Florida Supreme Court. I have also represented individuals in Federal District Court.

Specialties:Practicing primarily in the area of Family Law and Criminal Defense, with extensive civil litigation experience.
