Have you ever had an inspired idea that you were certain would make an awesome sculpture? Maybe it was an idea that was purely decorative, or perhaps it was more practical or even intended for commercial production. At S.M.art Castings and Sculpture Services our main goal and directive is to bring your creative vision to reality. Whatever your sculptural production needs may be, here at S.M.art we will always strive for the most successful outcome to your creative endeavor. We are a "One stop shop" for the creation of artistic projects, from concept to completion, we work closely with our clients to realize their full vision. Whether you are a sculptor who needs one of your works molded and cast for a limited edition, or an Interior Designer with a specific commission for one of your clients, or maybe you would like to add a specific commissioned work to your corporate collection; you can count on us to bring your idea to life through the magic of sculpture. As the Creative Director here at S.M.art, I personally promise that your experience with us will be positive and that you will be completely satisfied with the results or we will continue to work the project until you are fully pleased.

Where do we do it?
Located just minutes from beautiful downtown Sarasota, our facility resides in Sarasota Industrial Park, within just a few miles of the beaches. If you must travel and stay somewhere in order to complete the finishing touches on your project, there couldn't be a more pleasant place to visit!
Why do we do it?

We believe in the power and beauty of art, and we believe in the intrinsic value of art in our society. At S.M.art the finished piece of art sculpture and your overall positive experience while doing business with us, are two of our core directives.

Scott has enjoyed a lifelong passion for the act of artistic creation. S.M.art is the culmination of that passion and all who become involved with it become part of a collaborative effort to achieve exemplary results in creative endeavors.

Scott has over twenty-five years experience with the creation of artwork in many different media including: Ceramic Sculpture, Carved Wood Sculpture, Drawing and Painting of flat work, Computer Animation and Digital Design work. Recently he spent five years at a local foundry learning the complete process of lost wax casting for bronze sculpture and the reproduction of sculpture in various other materials.
He has also worked in skilled trades and industrial labor jobs before and during his time at the Ringling College of Art and Design. Through the twenty years of this type of work he gained skills in trades such as: Pipe fitter and pipe hanger on nuclear subs in Groton Ct, Concrete construction and carpentry in RI, Manufacturing and warehousing at Hoechst Celanese in Coventry RI and even a few years as a neon sign assembler at Gulf Coast Signs here in Sarasota. Scott feels greatly confident that his experience in the trades uniquely qualifies him for the tasks he undertakes and directs here at S.M.art Castings and Sculpture Services, LLC.

Details in any art project are of the utmost importance. If your aim is to achieve the best possible reproduction of your sculpture original, contracting an artist with experience and skilled training in the art of sculpture reproduction is the way to go!
