After our initial consultation and fitness evaluation, we will create a road map to reach your goals that will include workout calendars and nutritional information. Increase muscle tone, build strength, lose weight, increase balance and live healthier. You can sign up for as few as five thirty minute sessions. Rates for one on one sessions typically cost $35-$40 for a half hour session and $65-$70 for a one hour session. All clients receive a risk free, no obligation fitness evaluation and consultation to determine if Transformations Personal Training is right for them. Male and female clients of all ages are accepted. Workouts are held in a Tampa area gym or at your home if your equipment is suitable.
