Honolua Homes is a real estate solutions company based out of Miramar Beach.  We’re a family owned business and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.

We live in this community and one of the things we care about most is giving back.  Whether that means volunteering, helping at the local school or working with homeowners, such as yourself, we strive to put more back into the area that we than we take out.  Both us come from the rigors of the corporate world (so don’t be fooled by Travis’ shorts and flip flops) and have spent years dealing with, managing and overcoming the politics and bureaucracy that can frustrate most home sellers.  Our focus is to eliminate the distractions that can come out of nowhere when trying to sell your home and make the process as simple, quick and straight-forward as possible.

We both love everything that Northwest Florida has to offer and after many years of dealing with absolutely terrible winters in New York and Colorado we can never get enough of the beach, sun and gorgeous weather that Miramar Beach has to offer.  When we are not working we both enjoy the outdoors and anything we can do at the beach or in the water.  We’ve always wanted to try sailing (we’ll see how this goes as somebody that grew up 2000 miles from the closest ocean) and are looking forward to trying to figure out who will get to be Captain and who’s 1st Mate?

We will be expanding our Honolua Homes team this summer with the arrival of a new baby boy!  Both us are really excited and cannot wait for the little guy to get here.  The last “unofficial” member of the team is our crazy little Australian Shepard, Captain Danger.  We haven’t found a Honolua Homes shirt that will fit him yet but he’s our Chief Navigator and you’ll probably seem him along for the ride anytime you see you us.
