She also offers parental coaching, empowering parents to encourage rather than enable their children.

Customized life coaching is available for those individuals who would like to make changes in their personal or professional life.  Coach Kathy will provide you with a realistic game plan to get you to where you want to be.  Learn how to reframe the past, gain perspective and move forward with life coaching!
