I have learned a few things along the way; real estate is all about relationships, which is what I like most about my job. I find great satisfaction in helping people achieve their real estate goals. Although my job is sales, I approach it more as a consultant. To make good decisions, clients must have good/solid information, hence I consult with clients making sure they are able to make accurate decisions regarding their real estate needs. Additionally, I have built homes and commercial properties, have owned and been involved in the rental of residential real estate for over 20 years, as well as working with clients helping them achieve their goals. I have access to the latest technology with a large volume of available listings as well as marketing on over 300 websites through my affiliation with Keller Williams Realty. I’m able to obtain information and access to any listed property in the area. I also workable to gain access and negotiate on homes listed “for sale by owner.” I enjoy a five-star rating on Zillow. with all positive reviews, an achievement I’m very proud of.
