Courtney is a DONA trained doula serving the Jacksonville Florida area.  She specializes in helping clients have an empowering and positive birth experience.

Courtney is the lead facilitator for the international group, The Positive Birth Movement, and is also a certified Yoga Instructor.

Total Mom Wellness offers birth doula services, placenta encapsulation, prenatal and postpartum yoga, breastfeeding support, and mommy and me fitness groups.
