We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone alike and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant concept in Downtown West Palm Beach, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia's nickname, Dr. Limon. Our trademark is not only a personalized service but also a fresh menu where most of the traditional Peruvian plates have been reinvented and changed into medical terms.
