They used a bait and switch tactic to charge more than the quote by not informing homeowners of vegetation clearances on the day of testing or in advance, and then marking the sites as "failed" and requiring extra fees to test again - even though no test was ever actually performed to begin with. They gave no opportunity to correct the simple situation at the time of the non-inspection. They simply walked away with the intent to add charges to return.
