Free Yoga Club began at the beginning of the Corona Virus in the US. We were forced to close our yoga studio and were searching for a way to stay connected to our yoga family of good friends, trainees and teachers. We were also halfway through a 200 hour yoga instructor training. The participants in the yoga instructor training needed to finish 50 yoga classes with the lead trainer, Janet Parks. So we developed a YouTube Channel where we could supply the needed classes. Change was not simple and this brand-new method of offering yoga classes was unpleasant at initially. When you enjoy the videos, which are primarily several series of yoga classes, you might observe the advancement of the classes along with the enhancement of the quality of the videos in time. What started as an obstacle, to do a 30 day yoga challenge and to produce video yoga classes, quickly became a treasure. We all hope that you find inspiration, information and the essence of yoga in our online classes. We are always open up to remarks and feedback and we take every one of them to heart.
