Decades ago, Rochelle Strauss began learning techniques to parent children and teach health and wellness to families. This led to a passion for educating others to create peaceful families.

Rochelle Strauss’ experience as a single Mom, Divorced Mom, coparent and daughter of Eastern European parents and granddaughter of aging grandparents has made her compassionate, empathetic and understanding of many parenting challenges.

Coach Red uses knowledge, humor and personal experience in educating groups during speaking engagements and when coaching individual clients. Her experience in co-parenting her two daughters to adulthood successfully adds value to her coaching style.
