N. MICHAEL KOUSKOUTIS is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and primarily practices in the areas of Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate and Corporate Law.
N. Michael Kouskoutis was born in Gary, Indiana and has lived in Tarpon Springs, Florida for most of his life. He and his wife have been married for 18 years and they have two children.
Mr. Kouskoutis was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1991; the Supreme Court, State of Florida in 1991; received his education at the University of South Florida (B.A. 1981); and Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (J.D. 1991).
Mr. Kouskoutis is an active member of various legal groups including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar, the Real Property, Probate, and Elder Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the West Pasco Bar Association, and the Pasco County Estate Planning Committee.
N. Michael Kouskoutis is also an active member of the community and serves on a number of boards and community groups including the Helen Ellis Hospital Foundation Board of Directors; the Helen Ellis Hospital Board of Directors where he serves on various committees; other community service includes Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce; Tarpon Springs Boys & Girls Club Past President (1998);Vice President (1996,1997, and 1999); and Board Member (1985-present); Tarpon Springs Elk Lodge; and Tarpon Springs Rotary Club.
