We offer more than just great food. Country Caterers BBQ specializes in emergency and non-emergency food service serving up to and over 15,000 meals a day per site. Our client list involves many government agencies as well as private companies. Since 1981 we have developed a long standing relationship with many of our customers. We assist them with various types of procurement needs, from traditional food service to equipment and event management. Over the years we began providing life support and base camp resources.
These services include but are not limited to: shower trailers, laundry trailers, laundry services, chemical toilet services, clear span tents, power generation, fuel tankers, water tankers, non potable tankers, cots, bed linens, toiletries, trailer storage, ice, and water. Supplies are provided by the palette or truck-load depending upon the need of the customer. We manage entire projects from start to finish offering one vendor and point of contact. Our partners in business are committed to providing us with excellent services and resources. Our philosophy is to offer a turnkey service to our customers finding the resources needed to make their event a success.

In the beginning we provided food services for the traditional back yard event. Over the years our client base grew to include corporate events, company picnics, formal venues, wedding, and banquets. Customers begin asking for additional services such as amusement rides, amusement inflatable’s, carnival games and rental equipment. We now offer an array of these services to our customers. We strive to offer diversity in our menu selections; such as steaks, seafood, pork, poultry, various vegetables, desserts, hor’durves and many different selections of specialty items.
