Mr. Foamy is a leading manufacturer of coated architectural foam products with more than 25 years of successful business management experience and over 10 years of architectural foam production experience. TrimStone, a division of Mr. Foamy, handles our stone over foam and ArcusStone production and product installation. Together, we can produce an endless variety of shapes and decorations that beautifully enhance both the exterior and interior spaces of commercial and residential properties. ArcusStone® coated foam offers a fully integrated and color coordinated system of crushed limestone coatings and plasters with the durability and finish of quarried stone. Designed to give you the beauty of stone at a fraction of the cost of quarried stone or pre-cast, ArcusStone® provides you the flexibility of shape, color, and texture selection to meet your needs.
Our foam fabricators use a computer-controlled foam cutting machine to cut shapes to your specifications. For a product with a spray or troweled on finish, we then spray a two-part urethane hardcoat on the shapes, and finish it with your choice of coating. You can choose between sand, fine sand, limestone, coral (coquina), and knockdown finishes. Custom colors are also available.
Our two manufacturing facilities include more than 45,000 square feet of production, administration and storage space.

Mr. Foamy offers a wide variety of product solutions to fit your project needs. We carry a large selection of texture coated foam, ArcusStone and ArcusPlater products to choose from. Since Mr. Foamy utilizes the latest in computer controlled manufacturing technology, the possible shape designs and details that can be realized are truly endless!

Columns - including round, square, tapered, barrel, roped and fluted of various styles including Tuscan, Corinthian and Doric
Interior Areas - including interior columns, fireplaces, range hoods and surface applied textures

We have also done custom piece work including a decorative windmill, a giant wave with surfboard, a volcano complete with smoke, a face emerging from a rock, and an assortment of custom props for special events such as the International Builders Show, local homecoming football game halftime shows and other local interest events.
