The Trainers Edge was created for individuals just starting out, getting back into working out, or for the extreme athlete that wants to increase strength and endurance for the specific sport he or she is training for. The Trainers Edge is 6,000 square foot facility equipped with the fitness equipment to meet every need you might have while working out. We are a 24 hour fitness center so a key club member can work out any time he or she feels like it. The members do not have to worry about what time the gym opens or closes.

The Trainers Edge has many great amenities and services; but some of the most important according to our members are the convenience of it being open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The clean & safe environment is a definite plus. We also have a Pilates and Yoga studio, state of the art Cybex and King functional training equipment, Cardio equipment, massage services, two private showers, nutritional counseling, children’s playroom, full line of free weights, and adult and kids fitness programs. We also have a Life Coach on staff that is willing to help our members and individuals within the community.
