To Email us, please put something unique in the subject line like "Betty's pool leak" -You would be surprised how many unaddressed (and junk) emails I get. If you want to send digital pictures, Id recommend the following:
Overall of the pool with any fountains on, turn the pool off, let the water calm down, Zoom in on the light, bottom drain, zoom in from across the pool to the mouth of the leaf catcher (skimmer): pull the skimmer lid and the leaf basket out of the skimmer and zoom the skimmer top into view (noting I'm interested in the bottom pipes of the skimmer) also: the filter, and valves. Ill watch video of the pool too.
The vinyl liner program is for both inground and above ground vinyl liner pools. It has been updated June of '07 and is better than ever.
For pool/spa owners- there is a section in the concrete pool section that deals specifically with spill over spas.
The fiberglass pool program is for true fiberglass pools, not concrete pools with fiberglass coatings. If you suspect a broken pool pipe, don't look under the slab leak section, that is for copper plumbing under houses, broken pool pipes are explained under the specific pool section.
If your pool has a complex system of bottom jets ( a self cleaning system) first view the concrete pool program, then try the commercial pool program.
Our Guarantee: This guarantee applies to concrete and fiberglass pools only: These programs are excellent, and I believe you are motivated to solve your problem. I do expect you to put a small effort into it, gather some small tools, and you are expected go swimming in your pool with a mask and snorkel.
