We Are Ready To Serve Parties in Mortgage Foreclosure Cases
Scott Andringa, the founder/owner of Suncoast Arbitration & Mediation Inc., completed the Florida Supreme Court mandated
Mortgage Foreclosure Managed Mediation training on June 15th, 2010. He is now officially qualified to handle residential and
commercial foreclosure cases in the State of Florida. The Court's order; which takes effect on July 1st, 2010, requires the
training for any mediator participating in any managed foreclosure mediation program. Mr. Andringa has handled numerous
residential and commercial foreclosures prior to the training, but the class provided valuable background information about
programs available for borrowers and lenders.
Exciting Changes at Suncoast Arbitration & Mediation Inc.On September 1st, 2010 we moved our office to Royal Square in Largo, Florida on Ulmerton Road near the intersection of Belcher
Road. This office; next to IHOP, is significantly larger with two conference rooms that will enable us to accommodate most
mediations on site. Our new address is Royal Square; 7850 Ulmerton Road; Suite 1B; Largo, Florida; 33771. Our telephone
numbers have not changed.

Also, on the 23rd of July, 2010, Scott Andringa became certified to handle court-appointed arbitration. Special thanks to
Christopher Shulman for the excellent training. Consequently, our new name is Suncoast Arbitration & Mediation, Inc.

We hope these changes will allow us to provide more convenience for our clients as well a wider range of services to the Courts,
practitioners and parties.
