My name is Francis Jerome Shea. I have been practicing law for the past three decades. Before that I was a financial analyst with a major American automobile manufacturer and an auditor with a major CPA firm. From this experience I bring to the practice of law a personal discipline and ability to analyze and resolve your particular legal situation.

Over the years I have an extensive Trial practice including ever aspect both in the criminal defense law and in the immigration process through ever level of the appeals process.
In reference to the most serious cases involving the death penalty I am one of only a few lawyers in North Florida that has the training and experience to be death qualified. I have associated with my firm a defense team with experience and expertise in defending these cases with a high degree of success.

There are times when your case can be taken care of without going to court by presenting your side of the case to the prosecution before you are officially charged.
