ATA Karate of Pompano Beach is the innovator in modern TaeKwonDo training and physical fitness. Using the latest sports training - plyometrics, functional body and core strengthening and speed and agility drills, our program brings out the best in your Traditional Martial Arts training for all ages.

All of our TaeKwondo, Karate Kickboxing, and exercise classes are designed and taught by a 4th Degree Black Belt Certified ATA instructor and Certified Personal Trainer who is a Sport Performance Specialist.

Whether you are a Tiny Tiger (3-6 years old), a Karate for Kid (7-12 years old) or an Adult (13 years old & up) our specialized training will develop your speed, balance and coordination to the fullest. Not only will you develop the physical skills of a Black Belt, but you will also develop Life Skills such as Goal Setting, Honor, Respect, Courtesy, Loyalty, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance and Black Belt Attitude!

ATA Karate of Pompano Beach offers something for everyone! We have Traditional TaeKwonDo for all ages; ATA Fit Kick-Boxing and our exclusive Get on the Ball™ Class for teenagers and adults.

Kamp Kick Summer Camp Program where your child will learn to grow mentally, & physically in the spirit of Tae Kwon Do!
While having FUN and getting ATA Fit.

Where your child will learn to grow mentally, & physically in the spirit of Tae Kwon Do!
Our summer camp will begin on June 14th and run through August 13th 2010.
Drop off is at 8:00 am and pick up is at 6:00pm.
Your child will learn traditional Tae Kwon Do and a new sport every week. Each day our schedule will include Tae Kwon Do drills, self-defense techniques, weapons, review of the word of the month, arts & crafts, and more. There will be Special visits from The Broward Sheriff's Office to review "Stranger Dangers" and Special trips to The Broward Sherrif's Department and Pompano Beach Fire Department.
