Started in 1974 by home inspector Jerry W. Triplett, Home Check Systems, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company, NOT a franchise! It was the first home inspection company in Collier County that devoted a full-time office and staff to serve the booming real estate market.
Since Home Check Systems, Inc. inception, we have performed more than 28,000 pre-purchase home and property inspections.
Home Check Systems, Inc. is not a franchise that was purchased. Home Check Systems, Inc. did not take a one-week course to qualify as a "home inspector". It was through years of working in the construction industry and hands-on participation in associated fields of work that has honed our expertise!
All inspection are performed under the standards of practice for ASHI, NACHI, Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and their respective code of ethics. We perform under the guidelines set forth and recommended by the local Boards of Realtors and the Inspection Addendum to the standard sales contract.
