At Serious Exercise we become your partner in helping you achieve your fitness and health goals. We do many things to create an environment that makes your success in achieving your goals easier.

01Your workout is one on one with a trainer
02Workouts are by appointment only. Your appointment time is yours. Your trainer will always be ready for you and will dedicate your time to you and only you.
03There are no distractions or disruptions during your workout. You will never wait on a machine.
04Our program is designed to create a SAFE, EFFICIENT, and EFFECTIVE exercise regimen. We take safety very seriously.
05We know your time is your time is valuable. We will not waste it. Designing your program to be efficient and effective will mean you can get in and out of the studio quickly.
06The facility at serious exercise is always kept at 65 degrees. The cool dry air is circulated to keep you cool while working out.
