About the Firm

Wadsworth, Humphress, Hollar & Konrad, P.A. was founded in 1969 by the late Glenn Krause. James Wadsworth and John Humphress were admitted as partners in 1973 with Robert Hollar and Kate Konrad in 1999.

WHH&K is experienced in all phases of Federal income taxation featuring an extensive practice which includes individual, partnership, LLC and corporation income tax preparation and tax planning. WHH&K also specializes in estate tax planning and return preparation.

WHH&K provides accounting services to clients such as business plans, financing proposals, financial statement preparation and consulting including Quickbooks training.
