All information to prepare the W2s and 1099s have to be in no later than 1/4/2010. They must be sent out to employees by 1/31/2010.

The year 2009 has brought us many new clients, which we are thankful for and also appreciate our faithful clients who have been with us over the years. However, due to this increase in clientele we have decided to make some simple changes in our office procedures and operations.
These changes will benefit you and the ATI office staff. Each year there are several requirements that need to be met in order for the filing of taxes to go smoothly. We have had to make necessary changes in order to serve you more efficiently. Therefore, we will no longer be contacting our clients by telephone to remind them of their tax filing responsibilities.
This website will advise you of due dates, phone numbers, important links and changes that will allow you to get your tax filing information in on a timely basis. We thank you for your understanding and compliance during this coming year.
