The ambiance is welcoming and upscale, but most importantly she is an artist. Prior to my visit, my previous stylist experimented with my hair, it was over
processed, multi-colored with a terrible WEDGE and shaved in the back, and long sides. It was horrible. Andrea evened out the color, conditioned and
re-styled my hair. Since then, I've returned to the Rio Salon and have a very cute style with a color that flatters my face and my hair looks and feels healthy.
