LAKE MENTAL HEALTH, INC is a private Mental Health provider and is not associated with any state, county or city government. We do provide mental health services for the General Public, at a reasonable cost. Lake Mental Health will not accept any future Insurance assignments except those that we are obligated to under contract. As of 9/25/10 we will accept payment in cash,or Check only. No credit will be extended. We will provide to you, upon payment , a completed HFCA or CMA form which you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Appointments are available on short notice. We try to have available appointments that fit your needs for day and hour. We are currently seeing Adults and Couples. Psychiatric services are available through our referral network. We do not provide medical services. The type of therapy provided will always depend upon the patients needs, as all patients are unique and individual.
