Our creations are offered in 20 flavors that range from the traditional - Almond, Banana and Cinnamon, to the exotic - Grand Marnier, Linzertorte, and Chocolate Kahlua. Included in her repertoire of flavors is her signature Key Lime cake.
To add to your options, Susie offers as varied collection of cake fillings - dark chocolate hazelnut truffles, chocolate cream ganache, french apple and amaretto cream custard to name a few.
Whichever combination you choose, rest assured that each cake is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
Susie, a master decorator and designer can also create a cake to match your picture or design a cake just for you.
Be it fragile flowers from sugar paste (pastillage) , elegant bows to angelic cherubs, each detail is realistic and exquisite.
