All hearing aids are new with a three year warranty that covers all repairs and includes two year "loss and damage" coverage. If your hearing aids are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Each hearing aid will be replaced one time only. There is a $295 fee for each replacement, due at the time of replacement.

Great! I received my Siemens Pure 500 hearing aid "outfit". The engineering and quality of the aids is awesome. Everything worked right out of the box. The TEK remote and wireless transmitter are super cool with the IPod and the TV. I really appreciate the fast delivery and the great personal service right down to programming my name and home phone number on the TEK remote in case it's lost. BTW: the tips that came mounted on the aids seem to work the best.

It took a while for me to get used to hearing aids, but now I put them in every morning and wear them all day and don't even notice them in my ears. Great! I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my new Cielo 2 hearing aid. I really love the remote control and flexibility to adjust the volume up or down without being stuck with the preprogrammed volume level. I am also able to use the phone without squealing and feedback.
