Scope of the Inspection
**IMPORTANT - In March 2010 the State of Florida started the process of licensing Home Inspectors. This process will finalize in March of 2011.
Certified Building Inspectors applauds this long awaited step forward, not only for our industry but more importantly, for the consumer. Until that final date, know that Certified has continually retained more credentials than any other inspection firm in the South and our inspectors will be among the first to become licensed in Florida.
