More often than not, the stress of daily living is a strong contributing factor to the maintenance of all of the conditions that cause us discomfort in our lives. Mind/Body Wellness Center's techniques help the brain develop a new ability to regulate itself and generate a new ability to attain a new level of comfort and calmness.
Mind and body are inseparable and there are now many new ways to achieve better coping skills, greater calmness and more effective living using the computer science that is now available to us. Never before have there been so many tools at our disposal to help such a wide variety of human problems. Just as medicine has devised many powerful tools to look inside our bodies, so has the development of biofeedback given us tools that are gentle and powerful to help resolve mental and physical problems.

The dragonfly was chosen to represent MBW Center because they are a symbol of helpfulness and gradual metamorphosis in to beauty, as well as being survivalists and extremely biodiverse.
