We strive to provide cost-effective legal services by working toward an amicable solution, when possible, to avoid expensive litigation. However, sometimes cases cannot be amicably resolved. Under these circumstances, our goal is to represent you to attain the best result to which you are legally entitled. Flat Fee Uncontested Divorce or Paternity Case - Hillsborough County Cases Only
We offer attorney legal representation for a flat fee in your uncontested divorce or paternity action from inception through the final hearing. Essentially, you will provide to us the agreed upon terms of your divorce or paternity action, and you and your spouse or other parent will be provided with paperwork to complete and return to us. An agreement will be prepared pursuant to the agreed upon terms and you and your spouse or other parent will execute the agreement. The petition, required forms and the agreement will be filed with the court. We will schedule a final hearing, prepare the final judgment and attend the final hearing with you. Note the flat fee is contingent on you and your spouse or other parent signing the original agreement and completing all forms without requesting changes. If changes are required, then additional fees will be required. Note that we can only represent you and we cannot give your spouse or other parent legal advice.
If your uncontested case becomes contested, then you will have been working with an attorney who is experienced in litigation and who will give you informed and effective representation in your contested matter.
Divorce and Family - Unbundled Services (a la Carte) - Hillsborough County Cases Only
We offer "unbundled" legal services which are essentially limited services with or without representation. These services include attorney document, pleading or agreement review and advice, as well as court hearing or mediation coaching without representation. In addition, we also offer attorney representation limited to a specific hearing or mediation. These services are provided at a flat fee rate or hourly fee with the minimum initial consultation being one hour and prorated thereafter.
Online Form Preparation - All Florida Cases
In addition to being a full-service law firm, we also offer document preparation services for a low cost, affordable flat fee. This is much more preferable than form preparation by non-attorneys such as paralegals, as we can give you legal advice. All legal documents are purchased on a flat fee basis. We can prepare the forms for you in office or we provide the software online which enables you to complete the divorce forms you purchase online. You can choose which option is best for you. If you fill out the forms online, then one of our attorneys will review the completed forms to confirm that they have been completed correctly and we will give you information on where to go to obtain information on filing. The forms we offer online for completion include, but are not limited to, forms for filing for divorce, pre and post marital agreements and quit claim deeds.

We practice bankruptcy law in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. This includes the counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, Hernando, Polk and Pasco. Our practice includes attorney representation of consumer and business bankruptcy and foreclosure defense through Chapter 13 bankruptcy, as debt and foreclosure issues often arise in divorce and family law situations. As property is divided in divorce, and one household is divided into two, divorce sometimes has the unexpected consequence of serious financial issues leading to bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. We provide experienced Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy legal services, as well as foreclosure defense. Even if you are not going through a divorce, if your debt is unmanageable or you are threatened by home foreclosure, contact our firm for an initial no-charge discussion of your case. We can help you with your bankruptcy case even if you are not close to our office. This can be accomplished entirely online via the internet, mail and telephone. All bankruptcy clients regardless of their location within the Middle District of Florida's Tampa Division, will have to attend one Meeting of Creditors in downtown Tampa across from the Federal Courthouse. The Meeting of Creditors is held approximately 35 days from the date of filing your petition.
Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Form Preparation and Advice Without Representation
If you are interested in representing yourself in your Chapter 7 bankruptcy, we will prepare your bankruptcy petition and schedules for you to file. This can be accomplished entirely online via the internet. mail and telephone. We will also provide you with the documents the Trustee requires from you and when they are due to the Trustee. Furthermore, we will give you instructions on how to file and the general procedure in your bankruptcy case. We offer this at a reduced, flat-fee rate, as an attorney will not represent you in your bankruptcy, and this will make it more affordable and cheaper to eliminate your debt; however, your petition and schedules will be prepared by highly trained, experienced personnel assisted by an attorney and not just a form preparation company. If you have legal questions and want to consult with an attorney regarding your bankruptcy case, we offer consultations billed at our hourly rate. This can be done by office visit, telephone or via webcam.
