The professional organizing industry has matured to the point that potential clients are increasingly asking about credentials and what makes a Professional Organizer uniquely qualified to do the work. Certified Professional Organizers ® are required to have more than 1500 hours of practical experience and to have passed a national exam to verify their accumulated knowledge of the various skills for helping their clients. By becoming certified, I am demonstrating to the public that I have made a calculated commitment to my career as a Professional Organizer and have embarked on a course of continuing education to keep abreast of new developments.
