Why is Anthony Lomonico still in business if he owes me over $100,000 (way over) plus legal fees and he's never made an effort to pay me as agreed after a one year plus, litigation and finally mitigation that absolutely insulted everything we had agreed to.
He screwed my clientele that I brought to the table to do business with him. He never brought one item of documentation to the table requested by my attorney. He could never prove that I did one thing to warrant him fighting back by suing my E & O except for his greed. He is a liar and a cheat causing many people to lose their life savings. Why does he still have a license?
