The primary focus of my practice is to help Floridians with the special legal problems that affect those of us who live here in Florida. We are based in Pompano Beach, but handle cases throughout our state.

I started this practice shortly after Florida was wracked by the multiple hurricanes of 2004 and 2005. After the storms passed, many Floridians had to fight their insurance carriers in order to get a fair settlement. Sadly, for many hurricane victims, that fight still continues. Even without hurricanes, I continue to assist insurance consumers in legal struggles with insurance carriers reluctant to pay a fair settlement.

Now that hurricanes are largely behind us, we face an economic crisis related to the mortgage market meltdown and rampant foreclosures. This crisis was brought about by the irresponsible, and often illegal, practices of the financial services industry. Now, it has brought our economy to the brink of ruin. To add insult to injury, we have recently seen hundreds of billions of our tax dollars given away to the industry giants whose greed and incompetence brought this crisis upon us.

We have a multilingual staff that can speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
