The Law Offices of Harold M. Windlan III, P.A. is a law firm that focuses on the representation of individuals going through a wide variety of family law situations. In addition to family law, we handle a wide variety of employment disputes.

Our main office is located in historic downtown New Port Richey (5612 Grand Boulevard, just north of the corner of Gulf and Grand). We also have meeting space available in the Countryside area of Clearwater and we frequently meet with clients in Hernando and Citrus Counties.
We offer convenient evening and Saturday appointments. We also accept all major credit cards and offer payment plans. Fees and costs are determined on a per case basis and vary according the complexity of the case and the anticipated length of the representation. Our initial consultation is always free and fees and costs will be discussed at this meeting.
