Welcome to Medex Medical Express of Palatka, LLC!

Medex Medical Express of Palatka, LLC is a new, fully equipped and professionally staffed urgent care center. We strive to provide compassionate, accessible, cost-effective healthcare to the residents, surrounding residents and industries of Putnam County. Our urgent care services are administered to our patients in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Some of the services we offer include workers' compensation to more than forty businesses in Putnam County and the surrounding areas, treatment and evaluation for non-workers' compensation injuries and illnesses, drug screens, pre-employment physicals, school examinations, flu shots, treatment of lacerations, and more.
Medex is a walk-in only center; appointments are not necessary. We believe that extended hours are key to medical convenience, so Medex has evening and weekend hours. The center is open from 8:00a.m – 8:00p.m. from Monday through Friday and 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
