At Continental Condominiums every condo in our six story complex is a beachfront unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit has a breathtaking view and a private balcony to help you enjoy it more. There are six different unit types, including studio efficiencies, one bedroom, and two bedroom units (sleep up to 10), all with complete kitchens.
Reservations are accepted for monthly, weekly or any minimum two night period.
Continental Condominiums is less than one half of a mile from Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area. You will find plenty of activities for every member of the family when you stay at Continental Condominiums.
Check-in After 4:00 P.M.

Reservation deposit is $100.00. It will be held as a damage deposit and will be returned within 7 days of departure, after inspection of unit. It is not part of or applied to the rent. All deposits are returned by check. All cancellations must be made within 7 to 10 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of deposit.
Groups, Students & Teenagers Must Be Accompanied by Parents.
Payment: Rent is due in full on the date of occupancy.
No Refund for early departures.
