JN REGIONAL MORTGAGE CENTRES, NOVEMBER 1, 2010
Our objective is faster, better quality service to respond to the mortgage needs of our discerning members and clients. That is why the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) has now established four strategically located Regional Mortgage Centres in Kingston, Mandeville, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios; with a team of savvy, mobile Mortgage Sales Agents, and referrals from JN branches, to offer a unique and timely mortgage processing service, as of November 1.
All JN Branches will serve as “referral points,” and direct persons to the regional mortgage locations or a Mortgage Sales Agent for personalised services; and new clients will receive Mortgage Information to facilitate their application.
Assigned Mortgage Sales Agents will provide ‘hands-on’ management of the loan application process; and the fully electronic Loan Processing Unit will approve loans faster and more efficiently.
All of these elements will result in quicker responses to members and clients, reduce waiting time and put persons in direct contact with a Mortgage Sales Agent for proficient on-going account management.

They were attending the launch of the JN sponsored Michael Holding Masters League Tournament at Breezes Runaway Bay on Friday October 22. This sixth annual staging of the tournament held October 24-30 at cricket ovals across the island, includes teams from the United States, Jamaica, as well as other Caribbean countries, with a stated goal of educating young cricketers.
