Pats Sales is a one-of-a-kind Mobile Home Supply and building material closeout store. Pat Denson and his wife Laurel first opened their doors in a tiny, run-down building in 1977. A self-described "junk man", Pat built this business with closed-out, overstocked and salvaged materials, for mobile homes.

With Pat'sdrive to succeed, and lots of hard work, Pats Sales has grown into a thriving business employing over 22 people, housed in a 60,000 square foot building. Our major departments include flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, doors and windows, moldings and sheet lumber. We also have sections of hardware, electrical, siding, lighting, and many other items.

Pats Sales serves the needs for both manufactured housing and traditional site built homes and are a distributor for Custom Window Systems,Metals USA, Shaw Flooring, Mohawk Flooring, IVC flooring, Maxx tubs and showers, and many others.

Pat and Laurel Denson celebrated 30 years of being in business in October 2007. When not out on the road finding and checking on materials, you can find Pat walking the store helping customers.
