Our goals are to provide each patient with the highest quality dental care in a gentle, efficient and pleasant manner and to encourage prevention of future dental problems.
Generally, the first visit will include a thorough examination, and x-rays necessary for proper diagnosis, followed by a consultation regarding your dental needs (unless you have a particular dental problem requiring immediate attention). Treatment costs will be discussed and financial arrangements can be made.
Please complete the New Patient Forms and bring them with you at your first visit. Also, if you have dental insurance, and bring all the documentation (cards, policy numbers, phone numbers, etc.) we can bill your insurance company for you.
